A map may convey vast amounts of highly complex information. Effectively communicating information cartographically is a science and an art that is difficult to master. As a cartographer and artist, I believe in creating a map that communicates information clearly and aesthetically.
I crafted these maps for a variety of projects and clients. Drawing on years of experience as a geographer I am skilled in all aspects of the mapping process, from gathering the raw data (field GPS, remotely sensed satellite or aerial, among many other sources), to analyzing and processing the data through GIS and graphic design programs to create a unique and powerful map product.
